Artisan-made jewelry for her, fossils for him, and a cut-your-own geodes for the kids...there's a one-of-a-kind gift for everyone at the Gem and Mineral Show. The Gem and Mineral Show has moved to the Ector County Coliseum, Building D. Tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for students. What you'll find: Handmade jewelry, loose gemstones, jewelry making supplies, geodes with free on-the-spot cutting, minerals, fossils, display specimens, silent auctions, and more! You can find items from across the world and across time. You could even take home a peice of Earth's history in the form of a fossil that is millions or even billions of years old. Prices to suit every budget. Fun family activities: Glow in the dark rock display, kids' corner, silent auctions, gemstone faceting demonstations, silversmithing and wirewrapping demonstrations, lapidary stone cutting demonstrations, lots of displays.
