UTPB’s First 5 Permian Basin and Midland Need to Read are pleased to announce the grand opening of three, new Little Free Library locations in Midland. The Little Free Library at the Midland WIC Clinic will open Thursday, July 6, 2017 with a ribbon cutting at 10:00 a.m., as well as refreshments, story time by the Midland County Library, an art activity, and special giveaways for families. A Little Free Library is a “take a book, leave a book” free book exchange.
