Event Description:
Lacy J Pilates & Fitness Studio invites the expecting mothers and new mothers to attend the Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga class on August 5, 2017 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. This fun, dynamic, and safe class for prenatal/postnatal yogis focuses on strength, balance, breath, and of course, relaxation & stretching. Yoga for expecting and new mothers can help improve sleep; reduce stress and anxiety; increase the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth; and decrease lower back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel symptoms, headaches, and shortness of breath. Mats and props provided. The class will be instructed by Jill Hays, an expectant mother herself, and held at the Studio, located at 3211 W. Wadley, Suite 13 in Midland.
