Star-Spangled Salute Food Vendors

The Star-Spangled Salute celebration on July 4 is a free community event. Food vendors, have the opportunity to reserve a space for the upcoming 2016 Star-Spangled Salute. There is limited space, so be sure to reserve your spot early. In order to reserve your spot your signed contract must be returned to the Midland Chamber of Commerce no later than May 2, 2016. Payment is due no later than May 31^st at 5:00 p.m.

The Midland Chamber of Commerce has made a few changes/improvements this year:

1. Vendors will be allowed to sell non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks and water,  
2. Vendor operating hours allow vendors to open at 9:00 a.m. to serve the Children’s Parade participates, and remain open until 11:00 p.m.,
3. Vendors will be allowed to serve through the fireworks show, and
4. July 4^th is Monday this year and the 2016 Star-Spangle Salute is expecting a larger crowd than 2015 (38,000).
