Leadership Midland

After many years of hosting Leadership Midland as a two-year program, we are excited to announce that we’re taking a new step to grow our program.

Leadership Midland will return to its roots as a traditional one-year program, continuing to offer the first-rate community education and immersion it has been known for since its inception in 1979.

Additionally, we will expand the class size so more Midlanders can take advantage of this opportunity to learn about Midland and strengthen their foundation within the community. If you’ve always wanted to participate, now is your chance! Applications are available by clicking 'Apply Now' below!

With over 1,300 graduates, the footprints of this program can be seen throughout Midland.

The second year of Leadership Midland has historically focused on advanced leadership lessons, and we’re not saying goodbye to that piece. Instead, we are creating a new standalone program, L.E.A.D., with a more vigorous curriculum and incorporating new training.

Participants will Learn, Empower, Apply, and Develop. This new program will be the gold standard of leadership training in the Permian Basin and the perfect next step for those seeking more extraordinary leadership tools for making a positive impact in their community, organizations, and the lives of others.

An official rollout will take place in 2025. Stay tuned!
