Join the Midland Chamber for our inaugural State of Midland luncheon to engage and inform the public about current topics and issues facing our community. This year's luncheon will focus on HEALTHCARE and the cost of doing business.
With a rising population, Midland continues to experience growing pains within our infrastructure. Our healthcare systems are certainly not immune to these challenges. As costs rise, and Federal funding for Medicare and Medicaid continues to decline, Midland must consider how to address our healthcare needs.
Midland Memorial Hospital has announced its intention to place a ballot item before the community in May. Join us to discuss the upcoming ¼-cent sales tax election.
The panel will be taking live questions from the audience.
