Event Description:
Bowie Fine Arts Academy is having a student art auction in honor of Midland ISD board member, John Kennedy, and benefiting Midland Need to Read's Adult Literacy Program! The student-made, literacy-themed art can be previewed in the Bowie Auditorium, beginning March 28th at 5 pm until 6:30 pm, when bidding will begin. Bidding closes the following day at 3 pm. All proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting the services offered by Midland Need to Read (English Language Learning, Digital Literacy, and Adult Basic Education).
