Event Description:
Come check out Creative Wednesday at Rays of Hope! Come and go, no charge, no pre-registration required, between 3:30-5:30 PM every Wednesday! The building will be open for you to bring your kids and explore the various activities set up for you and your child to do together as a family! You can also have a session with Ms. Stephanie, our music therapist, or play with the therapy dogs! Please call us at 684-5437 if you have any questions. Rays of Hope Children’s Grief Centre is a community outreach of Hospice of Midland. We serve children 4 years to 18 years who have experienced a loss due to death, divorce, separation, incarceration, deployment, foster care, or other painful transition. Through facilitated peer support groups, children share experiences, use creative arts as tools of expression, and acquire coping skills to work through the tough issues that accompany grief. Because we are an outreach of Hospice of Midland, services are provided at no charge to participants.
