Presented by Midland College Foundation and Midland Memorial Hospital Foundation, Estate Planning 2018 covers hot topics in Estate Planning, including how to plan under the new tax act, domestic provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), cyber estate planning and administration, an overview of forms 706 and 709, as well as what’s new with the IRS.
Attendees will receive the following credits:
- CPE credits will be awarded for accountants
- MCLE credits will be awarded for attorneys
- CEU credits will be awarded to the public
