Executive Roundtable

As a business owner, how do you approach your business?  Does the business exist to support you and your family and maintain a certain lifestyle or are your goals to build an organization that is a leader in its respective market?  Lifestyle companies exist to help their owners maintain a certain way of life whether monetary or simply providing something challenging to occupy their time.  Professional companies are built to have the structure and strategy to grow into larger, more influential organizations.  There is no right or wrong way to approach a business, however business owners need to understand the type of company they would like to grow or maintain in order to devise and implement effective management and growth strategies.  Participants will have the opportunity to discuss their business approaches and goals and hear from senior management with Emergent Partners as they share examples addressing the benefits for both lifestyle and professional companies and what constitutes effective strategy for each.
