Executive Roundtable

What differentiates a manager from a leader?  When is management appropriate and leadership necessary?  These are questions that business owners need to ask themselves on a daily basis.  In order to be effective, the business owner needs to both manage and lead and understand which situations warrant which approach.  Participants will learn the differences between management and leadership and hear examples of how both are used in an effective business.  They will also get the chance to share examples from their own businesses and hear from senior management with Emergent Partners as well as other participants on what constitutes effective management and leadership strategy.
