With any market, there are certain environmental factors that affect the available talent pool for businesses to hire from.  These factors can be the level of talent available or how well the overall education of individuals available for hire match what potential employers in the market need in order to thrive.  It is difficult for individual organizations, especially smaller organizations, to effect real change on overall markets.  However, there are things that these organizations can do, even in the most challenging environments, that can help them mitigate the risks associated with these market factors.  Participants will get to share their experiences hiring talent in their current market and hear insight and examples from senior management with Emergent Partners on how their organizations can navigate challenging talent markets.
