Event Description:
Your perspective on your business dictates a lot of things.  It affects strategy and decision making and determines overall goals for the organization and your personal goals within it.  What means does the business exist to serve both for you and itself?  What do you ultimately want to do with the business in both the short term and long term?  Every business owner and leader should take the time to think about their perspective on the business and evaluate how it applies to their answers to these questions.  Having the right perspective and mindset can mean the difference between whether or not the business achieves its goals and how satisfied business owners and leaders are with the results generated by the business.  Participants will have the opportunity to discuss their business approaches, goals, and perspectives and hear from other participants and senior management with Emergent Partners as they share examples addressing what constitutes the right perspective in different situations.
