For example:
Economic damages calculations, whether suffered through tort or breach of contract
Post-acquisition disputes such as earn outs or breaches of warranties
Bankruptcy, insolvency, and reorganization
Securities fraud
Tax fraud
Money laundering
Business valuation
Computer forensics/e-discovery
Outcomes:
Attendees will gain a better understanding of forensic accounting techniques for discovering a variety of offenses including tax fraud, money laundering. They will also learn about calculations of damages in the event of breach of contract. They will learn the basics of business valuations.
