PRESENTER: Lesley Donnell
Originally from Southern Illinois, Lesley moved to Midland in 2002 after graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Psychology. She started her career in staffing and recruitment with Robert Half. She then spent a few years in Calgary, AB, Canada with Robert Half and moved back to Midland in 2006.

She was a founding member of the Young Professionals of Midland, serving in every capacity on the board. Lesley is currently a part of multiple organizations: Uptown Business & Professional Women, Permian Basin Society of Human Resource Managers, Association of Desk & Derrick Clubs, and Petroleum Accountant Society of the Permian Basin. 

She is also highly involved with the Midland Chamber of Commerce. A 2008 Leadership Midland Graduate, she continued to serve as the Leadership Midland Project Liaison, as well as on the curriculum committee, and alumni committee. Lesley served on the Board of Directors for the Chamber from 2008-2012, is an active member of the M-Squad Ambassadors and former Chair, and is currently once again serving on the Chamber Board.

Having recently celebrated her 17-year career in leadership with Robert Half, her passion in the staffing industry is making a difference in people's lives. She thrives on providing top customer service while assisting both candidates and clients on finding a perfect career match. She also enjoys working with students and job seekers on resume writing, interviewing tips, and overall work ethic habits.
