Event Description:

Trainer: James Albright, CPDM, Area Vice President-Integrated Disability

A discussion o the integration of Workers' Compensation, Disability, and FMLA. We will explore options in the market place for FMLA outsourcing and discuss ways to make the Workers' Compensation and FMLA work smoother.

About James Albright
James joined Gallagher Benefit Services Dallas, Texas branch in January, 2009 when the company he worked for, PartnerSource, was acquired by Gallagher. James had worked for PartnerSource since 2005, and prior to that was with Unum for 5 years as a National Practice Account Manager. Before Unum, James worked for a 65,000 life employer managing their national Workers' Compensation and Integrated Disability Program.

James has extensive experience with the integration of Short Term, Long Term Disability, FMLA, State Disability, Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, and other ancillary programs.

James is very focused on all contractual provisions to determine if there are improvements or gaps in the programs prior to sending out a Request for Proposal. Price is very important, but James' clients have found real value in knowing there will be a gap in coverage at claim time due to contract language. James currently works with several large clients on their integrated disability programs, and has served as a resource for the Gallagher offices for anything related to Disability, FMLA, Life insurance issues, and Voluntary Benefits.

James graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.B.A. James also maintains his Certification of Professional Disability Management (CPDM).
