Event Description:

Join the High Sky Wing for the 12th annual ?Hops & Props 2020 Beer Tasting? fundraiser on Saturday, September 12th from 7:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. in the CAF High Sky Wing hangar at 9600 Wright Drive, Midland, TX.

Enjoy an evening of entertainment with the opportunity to taste over 50 different beers, sample delicious appetizers from area restaurants and listen to live music by the Mister Happy Band.  Bid on your favorite silent auction items, featuring a wide variety of items from hotel stays and gift baskets, to firearms and airplane rides, take part in the Bottle Cap Raffle and 50/50 Raffle.  Enjoy all of this while surrounded by vintage warbirds.  Hops & Props 2020 T-shirts will be sold at the event for $20.

No one under 21 is admitted.  IDs will be checked at the door.  A cash bar serving beer, wine and margaritas will be available.  Credit cards accepted.

Fees/Admission:

General Admission tickets, which includes unlimited beer tastings, food and a commemorative glass, are $40 in advance or $50 at the door.  A special Designated Driver/Non-drinking ticket, which includes event admission, food and soft drinks/water, are $20.  Limited VIP Tables are available for $500 (seats 8 guests).  VIP Tables are the only seating at the event & included admission, private table for 8 guests, commemorative glass on table, koozies & VIP food basket.

Bonus for VIP Table ticket holders:  Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for VIP guests.  General admission ticket holders:  Doors open at 7:00 p.m.

Proceeds from the Hops & Props fundraiser will be used locally to support the CAF High Sky Wing and the Midland Army Air Field Museum.  Commemorative Air Force High Sky Wing is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
