Jockeys Juleps and All That Jazz

A unique night of fun and celebration - Kentucky Derby style! Participants put on their dancing shoes, bow ties, and big hats to experience a night of fun, great food, and live music. The fundraiser, benefitting Communities In Schools of the Permian Basin begins with a hosted cocktail party featuring traditional Mint Juleps followed by three-course Derby fare (announced by the sound of the bugle) and crossed the finish line with the "Off to the Races" auction, which includes a trip to the Kentucky Derby! CISPB builds relationships and support systems that help at-risk students overcome obstacles, stay in school, and graduate. Your support can help change the direction of students in the Permian Basin - from drop-out to high school graduate - with a successful post-graduation path.
