Monday, May 8th - Kick off Celebration
VisitMidland Information & Travel Center, 10:30am-11:30am
1406 W. Interstate 20
Join us for a press conference discussing the
impact of tourism, refreshments, and games
on the lawn of the Information & Travel Center.
Tuesday, May 9th - Air Travel Thanks
Midland International Air & Space Port, 11:30am-12:30pm
VisitMidland will be at the airport handing out
giveaways and snacks to travelers to show thanks
for visiting our great city.
Wednesday, May 10th - Midland Convention Center Ground Breaking Ceremony
Located at the corner of Main & Texas, 10:30am-11:30am
A press conference & ground breaking ceremony will be held to commence the construction of the state-of-the-art convention center and the impact the center will have on tourism and Midland’s economy. Following the ceremony, enjoy cookies, coffee, and light snacks.
Thursday, May 11th - Closing Ceremony
Cimarex Energy Pavilion, 3:30pm-5:00pm
A press conference will be held to discuss the impact of tourism on Midland’s economy. Celebrate this important industry with snacks and drinks following the conference.
