PBWIEC® focuses entirely on the use, role and stewardship of water in the Permian Basin (Texas and New Mexico). We anticipate over 700 registered participants in 2020. We are maintaining our focus on issues such as sustainability of water supply and produced water disposal, while also focusing heavily on related topics such as the recent TX and NM legislation involving produced water recycling (ownership) and surface water discharge of treated water.
