Samaritan Counseling will host it's 25th Annual Family of the Year event. The event will feature keynote speaker, Karl Rove. Mr. Rove served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to George W. Bush.
The event will be held at the Midland County Horseshoe Arena.
