In the late 1940s, a sleepy little South Georgia town called Second Samuel is in turmoil. It was the summer Miss Gertrude, one of the town’s oldest citizens, passed away. She was beloved by all in the town and when her deepest, darkest secret is revealed, everyone begins to not only re-evaluate their perception of Miss Gertrude, but their own beliefs and prejudices. Told through the unbiased eyes of the town’s simple minded and good-natured citizen, B Flat, Second Samuel is sure to make you laugh while providing a deep message that will surely move every audience member.
