Sibley Nature Center Summer Camps: ARTHROPOD ADVENTURES, June 10th - June 13th
Adventure through the alien world of insects, spiders, and crustaceans. Adventurers will perform grasshopper dissections, conduct experiments with pillbugs, and even eat some dried insects to better understand these creatures. Adventures will also use insect nets to capture some of the bizarre arthropods that live in West Texas. No live arthropods will be harmed or collected.
Students Entering 4th - 6th grade
9 a.m. to noon, $70 for Sibley Members and $90 for Non-Members
Campers are expected to bring a water bottle, weather appropriate clothing, closed-toed shoes, and a good attitude.
