Arts Council of Midland, Watercolor Painting Classes Taught by Sara Drescher – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, 1506 W Illinois Ave. Midland. Learn how to paint in Watercolors. My classes are ongoing which means there are students in all levels in my classes. When you join a class, I walk you through all the basics from supplies to techniques. Then we walk through a few small paintings together to make sure you are comfortable with the techniques. Later, you will be creating paintings based on what you are interested in painting.
