    Job Summary

    Responsible for managing, executing, developing, and directing the procedures and success of daily office operations for Enrollment Management. Supports and promotes the College in its mission and objectives working with all College departments, students and the community.

    Required Qualifications

    Master’s degree

    Minimum of three years of relevant experience (admissions, advising, financial aid, recruitment, registrar) in higher education

    Prior supervisory and management experience

    Competent use of student information systems

    Effectively manage time and priorities in order to meet established deadlines

    Work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers and other external contacts

    Detail oriented and highly organized

    Work in a team environment with multiple, sometimes changing priorities

    Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

    Ability to manage several departments

    Familiar with policy, regulation, procedure, and process formation and implementation

    Preferred Qualifications

    Doctorate degree

    Essential Functions

    Direct, plan, establish and implement sound operational and organizational plans to support College mission

    Formulate policies, regulations, procedures, and processes to improve overall student success driven operations

    Creatively use emerging technologies in developing communication plans, delivery of services and programs and building relationships that meet high student satisfaction levels.

    Stays abreast of current regulations, changes, trends, and techniques concerning policies and procedures which affect student services, enrollment management, retention, and financial aid and continuous evaluation of current systems, programs, and activities for areas of compliance and improvement

    Manages budget and fiscal matters effectively recognizing work related problems, opportunities, priorities and risks

    Direct and oversee selection, training, supervision and evaluation of Registrar, Director of Financial Aid, Director of Outreach and Enrollment Navigation

    Help direct reports to maximize their contribution to the College and to grow professionally; foster teamwork and a positive attitude both within and towards other departments

    Collaborates and coordinates with other campus departments to plan and assess College programming and processes

    Build effective relationships within and between departments; seek feedback from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others

    Serves on Pathways Committee and other campus committees as requested

    Other duties as assigned

    Physical Demands

    Ability to work extended hours as needed

    Duties indoors and some outdoors

    Attendance at Midland College or community events may be required

    Travel for training, meetings, and events both in and out of town

    Min Salary $76,200 per year
    Max Salary $80,500 per year
    Pay Statement Salary is commensurate with educational qualifications and experience.
