Goodwill West Texas is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the mission of providing opportunities for people with barriers to employment.
We operate 14 retail stores across West Texas through the generous donations of gently-used donations of clothing, shoes, and accessories, furniture, household wares, and more. Eighty-seven cents of every dollar spent in our thrift stores directly funds our mission.
Internally, we provide job opportunities through our retail operations, where 63% of our team has an identified disability or disadvantage to employment. Our other mission programs include three regional Career Centers, Housing Stabilization Services, Work Again West Texas, and more.
