    The Permian Basin Water in Energy Conference donated $10,000 to UT Permian Basin for Scholarships. The UT Permian Basin STEM Academy also gathered Monday to celebrate student success and a gift from Phillips 66 in the form of a $30,000 donation to use for STEM lab equipment.
