    Community National Bank is excited to announce the relocation of their downtown

    headquarters! CNB Bank Officers and Board Members will be participating in the demolition phase of the

    new location.

    Since 2002, 401 Texas Ave. has served as the main headquarters for Community National

    Bank. CNB began in 1984, and has continued to grow and expand with eight branches in Midland, as well

    as branches in Stanton, Odessa, DFW and Lubbock.

    The Management and Board have decided to relocate to One Community Centre at 500 W. Illinois with an

    expected opening late first quarter 2020. This relocation will accommodate the bank’s continued growth,

    and show their continued commitment to the community. The newly renovated space will enhance

    customer experience while also maximizing employee efficiency and comfort.

    “As we continue our growth, primarily in the Permian Basin, we are excited to open this new chapter.

    The move of our headquarters is a daunting project, but one that will propel both our employees and

    customers into an exciting new future”- says Bill Stovall, CEO.

    “With our upgraded headquarters and our recent $300,000 contribution to Centennial Park, our

    commitment to Midland’s downtown revitalization has never been more evident.”

    The $8 million renovation project was designed by Rhotenberry Wellen Architects and has an expected

    completion date of March 2020.
