An Evening with Art Spiegelman and Françoise Mouly

Ever since they met in 1976, husband and wife team Françoise Mouly and Art Spiegelman have co-mixed their lives and helped reshape how the world thinks of comics. With snapshots, private doodles and published pages, they will show the work produced by them and their circle. They will reveal how their interests and passions intertwined to produce publications such as RAW magazine, Maus, New Yorker magazine covers, Little Lit, In The Shadow of No Towers, Breakdowns, TOON Books, and most recently RESIST!, an edgy political comics zine mostly by women edited by Françoise and their daughter, Nadja Spiegelman.
