I-9 Review and Update
A Midland Chamber Growth to Greatness series seminar
Featuring Guest Speaker: Holly Williams, Williams Law Firm
Employers are required to complete the I-9 form to confirm an employee’s identity and work authorization. As of 9/18/17, all employers must use the form with the revision date 7/17/17. Substantive and technical violations can lead to expensive penalties in the event of an audit by the Department of Homeland Security. Make sure you are doing it right!
